The Pride Grand Prix 2000 Finals was a mixed martial arts event held by the Pride Fighting Championships. It took place at the Tokyo Dome in Tokyo, Japan on May 1, 2000. The event concluded the Pride open-weight tournament of 2000. It is famous for containing one of the most anticipated matches in mixed martial arts history, Royce Gracie vs. Kazushi Sakuraba.

Vovchanchyn defeated Goodridge via TKO (punches) at 10:14 of round 1.
Royce Gracie vs. Kazushi Sakuraba
Sakuraba defeated Gracie via TKO (corner stoppage) at 15:00 of round 6. The rules were modified to allow unlimited rounds. After 90 minutes of fighting, Gracie could not continue due to damage suffered to his legs.
Mark Coleman vs. Akira Shoji
Coleman defeated Shoji via unanimous decision.
Kazuyuki Fujita vs. Mark Kerr
Fujita defeated Kerr via unanimous decision.

Kazushi Sakuraba vs. Igor Vovchanchyn
Vovchanchyn defeated Sakuraba via TKO (corner stoppage) at 15:00 of round 1.
Mark Coleman vs. Kazuyuki Fujita
Coleman defeated Fujita via TKO (corner stoppage) at 0:02 of round 1. Fujita's corner threw in the towel immediately due to injuries suffered in his Semifinal bout against Mark Kerr.
